S.A.S., a company with its registered office at Via San Giorgio 79, 55047 Seravezza (LU) - Italy, VAT number and tax code 02620340469 (hereinafter, “Data Controller"), in its capacity as the data controller, informs you, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, the “GDPR”), that your data will be processed in the manner and for the purposes for which they were acquired and as specified below (for any inquiries or communications, you can directly contact our Data Protection Officer – Mr. Emanuele Giannelli - email address info@giannelligioielli.it)

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Your personal data are processed only with your specific and distinct consent (Art. 7 GDPR), for the following purposes:
• Registration and use of services reserved for registered users, including the possibility of online purchases;
• Conclusion of the online purchase contract;
• Fulfillment of obligations on our side arising from the contract of purchase concluded through the online store (hereinafter, the “Store”), such as, for example, the shipment of sold products;
• Fulfillment of obligations of the customer side arising from the purchase contract concluded through the Store, such as, for example, payment, including online payment, for purchased products;
• General customer support and customer care activities to respond to user inquiries or to address complaints, reports, and disputes.

In particular, the data will be processed to:
• Allow you to access the Store, even as a non-logged-in user, and to navigate the site;
• Enable you to use the services reserved for customers automatically registered when making your first purchase on the site;
• Enable order tracking made through the Store;
• Enable payment for the order, if necessary, following the purchase made through the Store;
• Enable you to conclude the purchase contract through the Store.
The Data Controller also informs you that if they intend to process personal data for a different purpose than the one for which they were collected, they will provide the data subject with information about that different purpose and any other relevant information, and will obtain specific consent, if required.

Your personal data are subject to processing both in paper and electronic and/or automated form by individuals specifically authorized for processing.
