• Fulfillment of obligations on our side arising from the contract of purchase concluded through the online store (hereinafter, the “Store”), such as, for example, the shipment of sold products;
• Fulfillment of obligations of the customer side arising from the purchase contract concluded through the Store, such as, for example, payment, including online payment, for purchased products;
• General customer support and customer care activities to respond to user inquiries or to address complaints, reports, and disputes.
The data will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.
In particular, the data will be processed to:
• Allow you to access the Store, even as a non-logged-in user, and to navigate the site;
• Enable you to use the services reserved for customers automatically registered when making your first purchase on the site;
• Enable order tracking made through the Store;

Your personal data are subject to processing both in paper and electronic and/or automated form by individuals specifically authorized for processing.

Furthermore, they are processed on behalf of the Data Controller by professionals and/or companies tasked with carrying out technical, development, managerial, and administrative-accounting activities.

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above, and in any case, the data provided will be stored in our records for the time strictly necessary to carry out individual processing activities (e.g., registration data will be processed until the account is closed, which can be requested at any time by sending a written request via email to the address
